What was the first piece of art you ever put together?
When I was in 3rd or 4th grade, I made a Model-T Ford
cardboard cutout for President's day at my elementary
school.

How did you learn to paint?
I guess it all started with Bob Ross. That was the first
time I saw someone use a paintbrush creatively. Happy trees
and all.

What was one of the biggest murals you have painted and what
was the mural of?
Poseidon's Fury at Islands of Adventure. Two identical
murals consisting of gold and copper rolling clouds,
clashing with stormy waves. We had to work in the water pits
that are part of the show, Every day my crew and I had to
set up scaffolding inside the pools of recycled water. That
was the first time I ever had to bring a swimsuit to work!

You have painted some of the Tijuana Flats restaurants,
which ones have you done?
Hunter's creek, Orlando-Kissimmee corporate store; 434 &
Wekiva Springs Rd. Longwood; Port Orange, Volusia County;
Port Charlotte, Florida; Atlanta, GA; Louisville, Kentucky;
Charlotte, North Carolina.

What is "Shamans of Art"?
An ever-evolving performance art. A mixture of audio
landscape and furious painting; The equivalent of burning
gas and oil set to music.

When you guys perform how long does the session run?
Usually 30-40-minutes.

Where do your ideas come from to produce your work?
Dreams, nightmares, sleep deprivation, alien transmissions.

What do you think most affects the modern artist today?
Multi-media, life struggles, lucky breaks and heartaches.

What kind of paints do you use and what type of material do
you prefer to paint on? Oils and acrylics,
automotive paints and spray bombs. As far as materials, just
about anything that will stay still long enough.

What are some of the things you have planned for the future?
I am currently working on a traveling Art show that will
tour colleges and perform live in their theatres.

In one sentence describe your approach to art?
The term “think outside the box” is used often, I see a box
